All communication happens through Sehat Ji. You can message your doctor from your dashboard and they respond during clinic hours. Every exchange stays inside your record. This keeps your care documented and your doctor's personal number private.

Acute complaints often respond within days. Chronic conditions typically show meaningful change within 4-8 weeks. Our approach is honest — we discuss realistic timelines during your first consultation.

How are the medicines delivered, and how do I track them?

After your consultation, your remedy is prepared as part of your consultation and delivered across India (2-4 business days). Every step — dispensing, shipping, out-for-delivery — is visible in your dashboard with real-time updates.

What does the consultation fee cover?

The consultation fee is INR 199 and covers the doctor's time and case analysis. Medicine is charged separately and typically ranges INR 350-900 per month depending on the case. The doctor's written notes and dosage instructions are enclosed with your medicine parcel.
