Please read these terms carefully. By using Sehat Ji Homoeopathy, you agree to them.

Who we are

Sehat Ji Homoeopathy is a teleconsultation platform operated from Adarsh Colony, Rudrapur, U.S. Nagar, Uttarakhand, India. We connect patients across India with verified classical homoeopaths. We are the medium — we are not the treating clinic.

Our services

Sehat Ji provides:

• Online booking with registered classical homoeopaths
• Secure online consultations conducted on our platform
• Dispensing of individualised homoeopathic medicine through our care team
• Delivery of medicine across India
• An in-platform dashboard to track your consultations and orders

Bookings & consultations

When you book, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. Consultations are conducted via Sehat Ji's secure platform — no personal phone numbers are exchanged with your doctor. Consultation duration is typically 30–45 minutes (first visit) and 20–30 minutes (follow-up).

Consultations are advisory in nature. Sehat Ji does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

Medicines & delivery

Medicines are prepared by our care team after your consultation. Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days across most of India. Delivery is free of cost. Every parcel includes the doctor's written notes for your reference.

Communication

All communication between you and your doctor happens through Sehat Ji — including consultations, messages, and follow-up scheduling. This is to protect your privacy and keep your medical record complete.

Fees & refunds

The consultation fee is a flat ₹199 and is settled with our team when they call to confirm your slot. Medicine costs are separate and billed after your consultation. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and Cancellation Policy for reschedule rules.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information at booking (name, age, address)
• Share honest and complete case history during consultation
• Inform your doctor of any allopathic (modern medicine) prescriptions you are currently on
• Continue any allopathic medication under the care of your registered modern-medicine physician
• Follow the guidance provided with your medicine parcel
• Do not share your Sehat Ji account or login with others

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Record consultations without the doctor's explicit permission
• Use Sehat Ji for any illegal activity
• Attempt to contact doctors outside the platform
• Impersonate another person during booking or consultation
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

Liability

Sehat Ji provides a platform for online homoeopathy consultations. While we vet our doctors, all wellness guidance and outcomes are the responsibility of the consulting doctor. Sehat Ji's liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific consultation in dispute.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of Sehat Ji after an update means you accept the new terms.
