Cancellation & rescheduling

Life happens. Here is how to change your slot and what it costs.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your consultation to a different slot from your patient dashboard at any time up to 4 hours before the original slot, at no charge. Later reschedules count as a cancellation (see below).

Cancellation windows

• More than 4 hours before slot: free cancellation, full refund
• Between 30 minutes and 4 hours before slot: 50% refund
• Less than 30 minutes before slot, or no-show: no refund

If the doctor cancels

If your doctor cancels your booking, we will offer you a full refund or a re-booking at your preferred slot — your choice.
