Editorial Policy — Sehat Ji homoeopathy content
How we research, write, review and update every piece of health content published on sehatji.com — so patients can trust what they read before they book.
Who writes our content
Our health content is written by the Sehat Ji editorial team — writers with a background in health communication working alongside our doctor panel. Every article is anchored in classical homoeopathic principles as taught in BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery) programmes, and cross-checked against standard references before publication.
Who reviews our content
Every treatment page and long-form guide is reviewed by a BHMS-registered classical homoeopath from the Sehat Ji doctor panel before it is published. Our reviewing panel includes Dr. Rohini (BHMS, Reg. HO1222), Dr. Keshav (BHMS) and Dr. Usha Sri Polukonda (BHMS, Reg. 10874/H/2026). Reviewers check that:
- Homoeopathic approach is described in classical, whole-person terms — not as symptom-suppression
- Timelines are honest — no "cure in 7 days" claims
- Allopathic care is respected — we never ask patients to stop existing prescriptions
- Red-flag features and when-to-seek-emergency-care are called out where relevant
- Nothing in the article positions homoeopathy as a replacement for time-sensitive treatments (oncology, cardiac, surgical, obstetric emergencies)
Sources we rely on
Our content is anchored in:
- Classical homoeopathic literature — Organon of Medicine (Hahnemann), Boericke's Materia Medica, Kent's Repertory, Boger's Synoptic Key and modern classical texts
- Peer-reviewed research on homoeopathic outcomes where available
- Standard allopathic clinical references for describing the condition itself (Harrison's, Davidson's, UpToDate summaries) — so patients get the condition described accurately even if the treatment approach differs
- Guidelines from the Central Council of Homoeopathy (India) and the Central Council of Research in Homoeopathy
What we will not publish
- Cure guarantees. Homoeopathic outcomes vary by individual constitution and case. We say "meaningful change" or "pattern shift" — never "cure" or "100% guarantee".
- Prescription-style content. We never publish "take remedy X in potency Y for condition Z" as a self-treatment recipe. Individualisation belongs in a consultation, not on the internet.
- Anti-allopathy positioning. Modern medicine has an indispensable role. We do not disparage it, and we do not encourage patients to stop their prescriptions.
- Fear-based marketing copy. We do not exaggerate risks to sell consultations.
- Fabricated testimonials. Every patient story we publish is anonymised but based on a real Sehat Ji consultation with the patient's consent.
Update and review cycle
Every treatment page, guide and article carries a "Last reviewed" date. We review:
- All treatment pages at least once every 12 months
- Any page immediately if a reader or clinician flags a factual error
- Any page immediately if regulatory guidance on homoeopathic practice in India changes
Corrections policy
If you spot a factual error, a broken link, or content that seems misleading, email us at hello@sehatji.com or WhatsApp +91 90689 77310. Confirmed corrections are updated within 7 working days with the update date noted on the page.
Advertising and sponsorship
Sehat Ji does not accept sponsored content, advertorials or paid product placements in its health articles. Our doctors are compensated for their consultation time only — never for prescribing any particular remedy or product. The only revenue Sehat Ji earns is the ₹199 consultation fee and the fulfilment margin on medicine we ship to consented consultation patients.
