Question 1

Is homeopathy safe alongside my current allopathic medication?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Homeopathic remedies do not chemically interact with allopathic medication. Many of our patients continue their existing prescriptions and gradually taper them under the care of their treating physician as symptoms improve.

Question 2

How is an online consultation different from meeting in person?

Accepted Answer

In classical homeopathy, case-taking is a detailed conversation, not a physical exam — which makes it exceptionally suited to online consultations. Your session runs through Sehat Ji (no phone numbers are exchanged) and you get the full 30-45 minutes with your doctor, from your home.

Question 3

Can I contact the doctor directly between visits?

Accepted Answer

All communication happens through Sehat Ji. You can message your doctor from your dashboard and they respond during clinic hours. Every exchange stays inside your record. This keeps your care documented and your doctor's personal number private.

Question 4

How long before I start seeing results?

Accepted Answer

Acute complaints often respond within days. Chronic conditions typically show meaningful change within 4-8 weeks. Our approach is honest — we discuss realistic timelines during your first consultation.

Question 5

How are the medicines delivered, and how do I track them?

Accepted Answer

After your consultation, your remedy is prepared as part of your consultation and delivered across India (2-4 business days). Every step — dispensing, shipping, out-for-delivery — is visible in your dashboard with real-time updates.

Question 6

What does the consultation fee cover?

Accepted Answer

The consultation fee is INR 199 and covers the doctor's time and case analysis. Medicine is charged separately and typically ranges INR 350-900 per month depending on the case. The doctor's written notes and dosage instructions are enclosed with your medicine parcel.

Question 7

Is online homeopathy consultation legal in India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Telemedicine guidelines issued by the Government of India allow registered medical practitioners, including homoeopaths with valid BHMS registration, to consult patients online with proper documentation and follow-up.

Question 8

Which cities and states do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Sehat Ji serves patients across all of India. Consultations happen online and medicines are shipped PAN-India, including metros, tier-2 cities, and smaller towns.

Question 9

How do I pay for my consultation?

Accepted Answer

Booking is free — there's no online payment. Share your details and preferred day, and our team calls you to confirm your consultation and discuss the fee directly.
